Hi! I’m Anthony Snell, Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of Sincerely, Selfcare. After more than a year of focused training, I’m thrilled to officially launch my own massage practice.

My primary goals are postural correction and lasting pain management.

I offer Mobile Massage and one core benefit of at-home massage: you have the oppertunity to stay relaxed long after your session ends. When you don’t have to drive or run errands right away, your body can better maintain and remember that tension release, reducing the chance that old movement patterns—and the adhesions they cause—snap back into place.
